PAYMENTS
We accept all major debit and credit cards or Cash on Delivery we also on occasion accept Bank Transfer, please contact us for details.
We accept cash and card in the Shop.
COLLECTIONS FROM SHOP UNIT 102 NEW HARBOURS
Orders can be collected from our Shop within our opening times of 8am to 5pm Monday To Friday or 8am to 2pm Saturdays - Please only come to collect once you have receive an email or message to say your order is ready. (please allow up to 24 hours). Orders must be paid in full on the website or alternatively by Cash on Delivery or can be paid at our shop upon collection.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
At MBSRetail we go the extra mile for every customer and your experience is very important to us. Should you wish to return your items we will accept a return or exchange, within 14 days, if the products are in original condition and packaging. Original condition is the condition it left our shop in, the packaging has not been opened and the product hasn’t been used or damaged and is in a re-saleable condition.
SHOP PURCHASES
We have an open Shop where customers can buy all of our products off the shelves. We have a shop policy that all items should be checked by yourself before leaving the shop as once they have left us we cannot offer a refund on any damages as all our products are quality checked before going in our shop area. This includes all our burners. We appreciate your co-operation.

MBSRetail respects all customer’s privacy and your information will never be shared with anyone other than the team at our shop. Our order process makes it necessary to collect sensitive data from our customers. Which may include, but not limited to, your name, address, phone numbers, email address and payment details. Be confident this information will not be shared but may be used to process your order, send you newsletters or contact you regarding your order.
